Detailed Engineering: Turning Concepts Into Construction-Ready Packages
Once FEED is approved, detailed engineering transforms that definition into the full set of deliverables your contractors need to build: civil and structural drawings, mechanical and piping design, electrical layouts, instrumentation schedules, and IFC (Issued for Construction) documentation packages.
Our multidiscipline engineering team handles these workstreams in an integrated environment. Decisions made in one discipline are immediately visible to the others reducing the costly conflicts that emerge on site when drawings from different disciplines don’t align.
Procurement and Construction Supervision
Viable Energy and Engineering supports the full procurement cycle vendor qualification, technical bid evaluation, purchase order management, quality surveillance at fabrication yards, and logistics coordination. We apply Nigerian Content requirements from the outset, not as an afterthought.
On the construction side, our site supervisors and commissioning engineers provide independent oversight that protects the client’s interests — verifying workmanship, managing punchlist items, and ensuring the facility is handed over in a condition that matches the engineering intent.
